Create groups of tens using counters or small cubes.Then use rods for each group of tens and small cubes for ones.

Morning February Daily workshop. Change the calendar to the new month February and discuss the new month. Read a story about 100 days of school and the activities we will be doing. Mark our 100 day chart.

Arianna and I learned about odd and even numbers. We divided objects into groups and saw when they were equal the number was even. When unequal the number was odd. By the end of the lesson she was able to identify the terms on her own!
