We had a great trip to Cake Kingdom. Ashley got to make an elephant out of fondant. I think this might be a good place for Ashley to have an internship next year. Great Day.

Sadie and Ashley ended early to assist Clint in setting up for the special lunch. The exam, scheduled for today, was postponed because of yesterday's absences.
Sadie and Ashley were the only ones present. We discussed how Daisy and Jordan are presented. What does Nick, the narrator, tell us about them? What do we think? What do we know about Tom. Since Sadie was the only student in attendance, the lesson was postponed until Friday. Sadie and I worked on developing her research paper.
I went over the work that Ashley completed with the substitute from yesterday and made any corrections to the verbs necessary. Then Ashley worked on her posterboard about her childhood activities and she glued pictures and wrote captions for each of the activities that she used to like to do as a kid in the imperfect tense.
