Jack practiced blending words with the long vowel sounds /e/ and /o/ before reading ‘A Dog Like Scruff.’ Our focus while reading was using all three cueing systems (meaning, syntax, and visual) to read accurately. At the end of our session, Jack played a memory game on Lumosity.com.
