Today Will completed the following activities during our session: Gator Jams, Toad Loader, and Wood Works. Will did extremely well with the analogy activity, Gator Jams. In the activity Toad Loader, Will had his highest scores yet. This activity required Will to correctly form a sentence from looking at an image. Today in Wood Works, Will had to determine if the words he was hearing contained an , "u, ou, or o" as well as "i, y,or e". This activity was a little difficult for Will. On Monday we will do a word sort with these vowels and words.

Today Will completed the following Lessons: Quack Splash,Toad Loader and Wood Works. Quack Splash requires Will to read a nonfiction passage and then answer sentence ordering and paragraph ordering questions. It also asks Will literal, figurative language, inferential and sequential comprehension questions. This activity was difficult for Will. Will did very well on the Toad Loader activity. In this activity Will had to choose the correct sentence fragments to correctly describe a picture. Will did very well determining the infinitival complement to verb, passive voice and definite and indefinite articles. The final activity that Will completed was Toad Loader. Will had to listen to words and determine if they contained the letters "s, c, ss, sc" or "o, u, ou" or "i, y, e".

Today Will completed the following activities: Wood Works, Lana's Lanes and Gator Jams. In Wood Work's, Will had to listen to words and determine whether the words contain an s,c,ss, and sc. He also had to determine if the words contain an s, z or zz. Will scored the highest on the words containing "sc". In Lana's Lane Will had to read a passage and answer comprehension questions on the passage. Many of these questions include a graphic organizer. Finally Will completed Gator Jams. This activity required Will to select the right word to complete an analogy. Will did very well with the antonyms and grammatical forms analogies.

Today Will completed the following activities: Gator Jams, Lana's Lanes and Wood Works. In Gator Jams, Will had to completed analogies. He did very well with the antonyms and creator and creation analogies. In Lana's Lanes Will had to read a passage and answer comprehension questions. Will did very well with filling in graphic organizers. In Wood Works, Will had to listen to words and determine the letter in the word. He had to listen for the s, ss, c and Sc letters. As, well as the c, cc, k and qu letters. This was Will's hardest activity of the day.

Today Will completed 3 activities during our session. The first activity Will completed was Toad Loader. In this activity Will had to look at a picture and choose the correct words to illustrate the image. Will had to make sure he picked the sentence fragments that used correct grammar. He then combined the sentence fragment to make a complete sentence. The second activity Will completed was Wood Works. In this activity Will listened to a words and he had to determine if a word contained the letter/s g,j,dg or the letter/s cc,c,k or qu. Will did very well with the letters "dg". The last activity that Will completed was Quack Splash. In this exercise Will had to read a passage. After reading the passage he had to answer comprehension questions about what he read. He also had to go back to put the story in sequential order. Will worked very hard and was very focused throughout the entire session.

Today Will started his Fast ForWord Program. Will was able to complete three activities during our session. The first activity Will completed was called Lana’s Lanes. In this activity Will had to read a passage and answer several comprehension questions. Will struggled with this activity. Even though that activity was hard for Will, he stayed positive and moved on to Toad Loader. In this activity Will had to completed grammar and sentence structure. Will did well on this activity. Finally, Will completed Wood Works. This activity focused on complex consonant patterns. Will had to listen to words and decide if the word contained the letters: t, ch or tch. Will again did well with this activity.

Today Will completed TTRS Lesson 1! Will spent the rest of our session practicing his typing skills by typing up his Quick Writes from his English class. He worked very hard and was able to type most of his Quick Writes without looking at the keyboard as he typed!

Today Will completed another 12 modules in lesson 1 of the TTRS typing program! He completed each of the modules with a score of 96% or higher! He was very pleased and proud of his scores. The Fast ForWord program will be up and running tomorrow. We will switching typing with Fast ForWord tomorrow.
