1/2 class in dojo: 1/2 class at playground and exercise park
Lesson Outline
!/2 class dojo: We went through our "beach yoga" list of poses, i.e. crab, dolphin, jellyfish, fish, etc. When the weather cleared, we went to the exercise park and playground. Anna and Quinn both participated fully today throughout all of class. Quinn worked on balancing and focusing in the dojo; at the park he used the pull-up poles and bars. Anna worked hard on the exercise equipment to climb all the way across the ladder apparatus. I saw a big improvement today, particularly with Quinn's concentration and focus.
