Use the standard subtraction algorithm to subtract a two digit number from another two digit number. This subtraction is just an extension of the algorithm for subtracting two digit and one digit numbers.
Go over three steps; are there not enough ones to subtract given ones?, do I need to regroup?, subtract the tens. Practice to subtract on the white board and worksheet. Regrouping you need, use cubes if you need. Word problems.

The second part of the lesson, Quinn was better focused on the lesson
Anna, Quinn and I studied their topographical maps, looking for the 3 major mountain ranges. I wrote them on the board and they wrote these in their Habitat Booklets. I also quizzed them on the names throughout the session. On the IPad we looked up mountain plants and animals and they started drawing these in their booklets.
I want to thank whoever straightened up Quinn's desk. I believe it really helps him when his desk is organized.
Warm- will consist of circuit interval training, 1 minute of exercise followed by Practicing segments of Block Routine 2. Review Section 11-23 Interval Includes: Pad work, Squats, Leg raises & Stretching, round house kicks on the bag. Introduction to Self Defense techniques
