Lesson Comments
Quinn: Good attitude and very good job on He's got the Whole World. We still need to work on rhythm and counting.
Anna: Very nice job playing her C major scale, even with both hands at the same time. She had a really bad emotional outburst and started crying while trying to play the new song. Even though she was playing it just fine, she perceived it as being "too hard." At this point, I gently told her to take some time, pull herself together, and I worked with Quinn for the rest of the class.
Practice: adding two digit numbers on the white board.Solving problems: three worksheets. Write addition in the frame to help to add. Write the addition problem. Find the sum. Solving word problems.
