No Stress Chess

Anna and Quinn had the best day in terms of getting focused and ready to play. They both set their pieces up very quickly, and actually maintained focus for the first 5-10 minutes. On the whole, I thought today was one of the best days of chess they've had. They continue to make better decisions in the game, but still need a lot of reminding to not make the first move they see.

Lesson Comments
Quinn obviously was getting antsy, and as the game continued, his behavior got worse. But, once I talked to him about it, he pulled it together and finished strong. Anna, was doing great, but mirrored her brother's behavior. The more he messes around, the more she laughs. They definitely feed off of each other.
