For the most part, Anna and Quinn did a good job today. They both set up the board on their own, and stayed focused on the game for about 20 minutes. That seems to the max length of game they can handle. After that, Anna said she was bored and got a little whiny, and once that happened, Quinn started acting out in various ways. I pointed their behavior out to each of them, and they were able to pull it back together to finish the game.
We reviewed our environmental topics. We watched the presentation from TCI, and talked about what kinds of things from the environment we use for food, shelter, and clothing.

Discuss that degrees Celsius and degrees Fahrenheit are units of temperature. Students measure the air temperature and water temperature in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit.
