We read and practiced poses in "My Daddy is a Pretzel" book. The book had ten poses, several of which were new to Anna and Quinn. They did very well with trying new poses and practicing ones they knew. We had about 10 minutes of fairly structured yoga ball time, 5 minutes of free play, and 5 minutes of relaxation with blankets, music and lavender lotion.

Anna and Quinn were very well behaved today and are really starting to pay attention to their moves before they make them. Quinn won the first game very quickly, which kind of took the wind out of Anna's sails. She tried to quit a couple of times, but was easy to get back into the game.
