Brandon added his real-world experience to the Managing Diversity paper. He discussed how he did not agree that innovators are born and cannot be trained, citing his experience at work to support his ideas. He added the introduction and conclusion to the document after he wrote his body paragraphs, as is his general practice now. We submitted the paper after the end of our class.

Brandon began writing the first body paragraph of his Managing Diversity paper. He retained a lot of the information, so it was easy for him to write down the major points of the video. After he finished this paragraph, we worked on an assignment he had to complete for his Organizational Behavior course.

Brandon's paper for Managing Diversity was assigned this week. The paper asked him to watch a 56 minute video and answer questions about its content in relation to Brandon's own personal experience. We watched the video today and then prepared an outline to begin writing tomorrow.

Brandon and I completed the last pages of his final essay. He added the conclusion and introduction at the end, as is his new practice (this helps him to formulate the content of each better). He submitted everything and went on his merry way.
