We started the review for the final by looking at all of the sections and concepts for Ch. 5-9 to see where we should focus our attention. We will cover all of the sections and concepts, but will spend more time in the second half of Ch. 7 and Ch. 8 where he had the greatest difficulty.

We started the PowerPoint presentation for the Illegal Immigration project and have completed the first several slides

We covered and did problems from Ch. 9-4 Arithmetic Series and 9-5 Geometric Series.

We went over and did problems from Ch. 9-2 Arithmetic Sequences and 9-3 Geometric Sequences.

We covered and did problems from 9-2 Arithmetic Sequences and 9-3 Geometric Sequences.

I completed the final review sheet for Gio. 17 pages in all.

We worked on the second part of the assignment for CS Lewis's The Great Divorce and US History's Source C.

Gio completed the study guide questions for the quiz on Monday. He also was quizzed on the unit guide for module 8 in preparation for his test on Friday. This section covered the basics and means for measuring productivity in an ecosystem, the carbon cycle, the nitrogen cycle, the food chain, web and pyramid and the zones of the ocean.

We went over the concepts and did problems from Ch. 9-2 Arithmetic Sequences, 9-3 Geometric Sequences, and 9-4 Arithmetic Series.
