In today’s class, we began our introduction into balancing chemical reactions. We talked about what constitutes a reaction, how to write equations, and finally, how to balance said equations. Andrew took notes that followed along with the material.

Class ended 15 minutes early due to Andrew going home (he was not feeling well). Otherwise, great class with Andrew.
In today’s class, we finished our discussion on London dispersion forces, including going over some examples. We then watched a video on London dispersion forces that recaps everything we went over in our discussion. Andrew did very well with the new information.
In today’s class, we got more in depth about what London dispersion forces are and why they occur. We went over several examples and Andrew answered all of my review questions at the end.
In today's class, we did some more practice problems on balancing chemical equations. Andrew was given a series of unbalanced equations and, with his knowledge of how to balance them, he had to figure out how to correctly balance the equations. Andrew did very well with the problems.
During today's Chemistry class, we continued working on Chapter 6. We continued working on solving practice problems about molar concentrations and dilutions.
During this Chemistry class, we continued working on Chapter 7. We continued working on solutions and concentrations. Jaydn completed several problems.
During today’s Chemistry class, we continued working on the concept of Molar Concentration. We reviewed the equations and some examples and then we worked on a virtual lab.
In today’s class, we discussed intermolecular forces, including hydrogen bonding, dipole-dipole forces and ion-dipole forces. We talked about each one and gave examples of each. Andrew did very well with the new information.
