Gave Bobby a quiz on literary terms. Then we delved into reading one of a series of poems in Unit Four of HMH online text. Discussed Wordsworth usage of sensory language.

Continue working in Unit Four and learning about the Industrial Revolution.

Discussed still life photos and how emotions of poets share their interpretation of nature.

To dive into Romanticism Era poems and their influences of the authors perspective as to how Emerson, Keats and others viewed nature and its impact on mood and placement of time and space.

Read/discussed the advancement of new inventions that promoted mass production and the child labor that was abused during said time.

Worked on reading and completing The Necklace short story with questions. Began to discuss Romanticism Unit Four.

Went over Romanticism aspects and began learning about W. Wordsworth. Discussed the aspects of nature and its influence on poetry.
