Ender's Game - finished chapter 13; answered comprehension questions in discussion format. Completed vocabulary for our January words. He got 17/20 correct today by selecting synonyms and viewing the word in context.
We read Ender's Game and had a discussion about the fight between Ender and Bonzo Madrid. We discussed everything that has happened to Ender, and the arch of his character; symbolism; themes within the story.
We worked on vocabulary. Ayden identified 24/30 words in context. Next, we agreed that we needed to hone in on Ender's Game. We read for about 40 minutes.
Discussed a 504 plan/accommodations and what that means. How to advocate in college with accessibility services. Researched and read about U AZ disability services and added to our college research sheet on Teams. Watched videos on Livescribe pen and discussed why it could help him.

Next, we answered chapter 12 reading comprehension questions by discussion and I typed Ayden's answers into our comprehension doc on Teams.
