Cookies! They were delicious! Rowan did a good job with process. He begins to lose focus after about 45 minutes and needs a break. I believe he was proud of them - they were very good.
We went to publix with a shopping list that Rowan created. He found all the things we needed. He paid using a credit card. He asked a clerk where to find cooked chicken. He pushed the cart through a very crowded store and was patient and polite about waiting for people. He did a good job cooking, although I had to work to keep him focused. After we ate I drove him to Busch.
We went over last week's journal entry for what he did at Busch, and created one for this week. We also talked about the kind of foods he likes, and what goes into making them, how they're made, etc., to prepare for (hopefully) cooking them.
Rowan and I went to FAU and had lunch with faculty and a few students. We went to the library and the bookstore. Then we came back and watched some John Adams (HBO series). We will be set to start at Busch next week.
