Cabo was given the hour to work on his two homework assignments:
Video Game Budget
Tutorial 1 - Movement

Tristan completed homework such as subtraction - subtracting two and three-digit numbers; language arts - reading two pages out of the book, "Days with Frog and Toad".

After reading a passage with new vocabulary words highlighted, Spencer completed sentences using the vocabulary words. He enjoyed an online math activity.

Tristan completed homework such as math - fluency practice, finding sums/differences of multi-digit whole numbers; language arts - vocabulary such as delighted, sprinkle, groan, stormy, and romp - matching the meaning, and choosing the word from the box that matches each picture.

Today Cabo reported that he had completed all homework assigned. The homework board has no posted assignments listed for today. Cabo went through his classes to review and verify his homework was complete.

Matthew read a chapter from Great Expectations. He then printed off some of the sources for his research paper.

Lastly, Matthew typed the paragraph that he had written earlier in the day.

Cabo finished the listening and writing portions of his test today.

He was required to listen to 10 different statements in Spanish and decide if they were logical or not.

Cabo also had to write a paragraph about what he would do (using the conditional tense) if he were to be given $100,000.

He wrote an ample amount. However, his writing on last chapter's test was more polished.

Spencer confidently chose the correct answer to best complete sentences that included vocabulary words. He enjoyed playing an online math game. Focus was on shape attributes and number patterns.

Tristan enjoyed a walk to the park with Ms. Judie and I. Tristan was so excited to show me all around. Tristan and I had a great game of basketball, practicing on real court size.

Spencer did well using vocabulary words to complete a passage. He also used his own words to finish given sentences. Spencer enjoyed an online math game involving money. He was able to identify which and how many coins and bills were needed to equal given monetary values.
