Tristan completed homework such as math - understanding decimals, writing the missing fractions and decimals. Tristan got only one incorrect out of eight. Tristan then continued reading the story, "Days with Frog and Toad".
Tristan completed homework such as language arts - continuing to read the story, "Days with Frog and Toad," reading the 'Shivers' chapter. Tristan did excellent reading. Tristan then completed math - comparing decimals - comparing each pair of decimals and filling in each circle with >,<,= and circling the greatest decimal in each row. Tristan compared decimals with 100% accuracy.
Matthew worked on two essays for his History class. I am quite proud of him. When I asked if I could help him to organize his thoughts for the essays, he informed me that they were for a part of an exam that it would probably not be appropriate. This was a great moment of his honest character shining through.
After he had finished working on his essays, we switched over to his business class.

Spencer confidently sorted his spelling words by phonetic sound. He did well completing a passage by filling in the blanks with spelling words. Spencer completed multiplication problems of single digit numbers by multiples of tens to solve word problems.

Matthew worked on his English homework by reading his text.
He then watched the second lecture for his business class. We paused the lecture from time to time to discuss the material. We specifically discussed a graphic about total profit offering.
Tristan completed homework such as math - review sheet - adding/subtracting, multiplication/division, paying close attention to the operation sign ; language arts - read the story, "Days with Frog and Toad". Tristan did excellently with solving equations, missing one multiplication question.
