GT was involved with the ecology notes and questions presented at the end of the unit. We discussed the effects of population growth on the health and physiology of animals (humans included). This included the increase in endocrine gland disorders, blood pressure elevation, coronary thrombosis and psychological disorders.
Class began with a review and discussion of relevant news stories. Next, we continued our review of Chapter 4. Religious freedom and due process civil liberties were reviewed and discussed at length. We closed with a review of GT's progress on the term project. He continues to be interested and involved.

Class began with a brief review and discussion of relevant news stories. We then continued our review and discussion of Civil Liberties. The importance of the courts in defining civil liberties was discussed. Freedom of expression was reviewed and discussed in detail. We closed with a check on GT's term project.
The lesson began with a review and discussion of current news stories with a focus on the impeachment inquiry. We then briefly reviewed federalism. GT then successfully completed a short exam (100%) on federalism. Chapter 4, Civil Liberties, was introduced. The origins of and motives for these liberties were reviewed and discussed. We then briefly reviewed GT's term paper progress.
We began with a brief review and discussion of relevant news stories. Next, we concluded our review of the Civil Liberties chapter focusing on due process liberties. GT then continued his work on the term paper.
