We reviewed homework. Next, we introduced ourselves, our classmates, and our friends. We named objects, places, and actions in Spanish. We created commands and questions in Spanish, named
objects, places and actions and responded to commands and questions. We also worked on the alphabet in Spanish.
We discussed interpersonal communication in Spanish. We introduced ourselves, our classmates, our friends, named objects, named places, and named actions by people. We also shared likes and dislikes in Spanish. We shared how to greet each other and how to end a conversation in Spanish.
Jonathan was given his sculpture along with his reference image and informed that we would be working on the final details of his character, Richu. We were able to update the tail, head and ears for placing it into the oven.
Jonathan was given his sculpture and instructed that he needed to paint the ears, belly, and detail out the platform that his sculpture would be standing on.
We practiced sparring skills and drills today using the focus pads and the kick bag. We completed hand and leg combinations between the drills. We completed abdominal and back exercises and continued stretches. We completed our warm down with meditation.

Religion: Recited the "Act of Contrition". Checked in to see how zoom meeting went yesterday with Sister Carole and Miss Piccinich. Per teacher, neatly wrote out the Hail Mary prayer.
ILA: Spent 30 minutes on Get Epic today reading a story about Goldendoodles. Completed lesson 13 on Author's Purpose by reading "Apple Picking Time" on pages 210-211. Responded to 8 independent practice questions on pages 212-214.
Religion: Jonathan was able to recite the "Act of Contrition" without looking at the paper yesterday. So, today he wrote it out completely without looking. I shared this with his teacher.
ILA: Read "Bananas are Best" on pages 206-207 in iReady book on Author's Purpose. Completed 3 guided practice responses on page 207 and 209. 15 minutes on iReady and 15 minutes on Get Epic.
Math – Jonathan practiced making change with various coins and bills. Then he practiced finding the sums of three-digit numbers. Next he worked on word problems where it required counting money to determine totals.
Science – Day 4: We learned that farmers grow crops of different grapes for different reasons. Grapes that keep well are grown to make raisins. Seedless grapes are grown because people prefer them.
Science – Day 5: We learned that only farmed grapes can be seedless and sweet or sour is an example of a trait.
