Lesson Comments
I spoke to PJ regarding the importance of being able to read what is written. When asked if he would like to practice handwriting or keyboarding, he chose keyboarding. At his age, it if often more appropriate to improve keyboarding skills rather that handwriting skills that were not corrected previously. He tried two programs and chose typing.com. By the end of the session, PJ was typing without looking at the keys. I plan to integrate keyboarding in short practice sessions several times per week.
