Bella and I used the second half of her class to study for her upcoming chemistry test. We reviewed using questions in the book and I quizzed Bella on the material.
1. Complete the haircut we started last week
2. Review the principles of eyebrow shaping and waxing in the textbook
3. Execute the proper way to measure eyebrows to determine an individualized plan of action
4. Apply wax and remove excess brow hair

Bella did well completing the haircut. There was some time to begin simple hot iron curls. Bella is not thrilled with the idea of working with heat.
Bella executed the proper method of measuring eyebrows, developed a plan of action, properly applied wax, and removed some excess brow hair. She seemed to like waxing more than the hair cutting and curling tasks combined. =)
2-3 Standard Form – We reviewed the steps to write and graph linear equations in standard form. We reviewed that the standard form of a linear equation is helpful for identifying the x- and y-intercepts.
