Today, we started with an easy jog on the perimeter of the field.
Next, we did a little stretch and some weights with the dumbbells.
We finished with a cool down.
Today, Teddy and I worked on hitting the birdie over the net.
Our goal was to do the longest rally.
We set a goal of 10, but we beat that goal and got 12.

Logging Field day (Friday, June 2) accordingly because I do not have students on Fridays. I attended from 10am-12noon. I am logging this time block with Christopher's name because he is the first name on the list and I know that he no longer attends the school so I thought this may help avoid confusion.

Lucas did a great job showcasing some new techniques and layups he's been working on, and we had a great continuation of our discussion about taking shots in game and getting comfortable making plays. We then played a game of 1v1 in which Lucas showcased a lot more confidence and drive when getting in close and making his shots.
