Lesson Outline
Begin with a warm up and some shoot-around, discuss Lucas' feelings about shooting in a game versus shooting in practice and some strategies to gain confidence in his shots and in his role on the team.

Lucas is a talented shooter and has a lot of natural athletic ability. He shared with me that shooting in games feels a lot more intimidating than shooting during practice and we talked about several strategies to help improve his confidence and diminish the fear he feels of missing his shots. We also talked about how he sees himself working within the structure of his team and how that can help him gain clarity about his next move within a game.
PJ was an animal today.
He wanted me to push him extra hard.
He ended up running 6 laps on the perimeter of the field.
We also worked out with the dumbbells and we got in 3 full sets of each exercise.
Today, worked harder than any other day this year.
Aiden continues to work on his upper body strength.
We did an assortment of different exercises from using dumbbells, to push-ups, planks and bench dips.
We did several sets of each exercise.

Today we started with some sit-ups and push-ups.
Next, we did some dumbbell work-outs.
We finished with a full body stretch and cool down,

Today, Aiden did a series of cardiovascular exercises.
We started with 20 push-ups.
Next, we did 20 T-stabilizers.
Lastly, we did a full-body plank.
In between I gave Aiden a 1-minute break.
We did each exercise for 3 sets each.
I made up a new game for Libby and Teddy with a ball and the volleyball net.
We are going to call it "Ultimate Ball".
The object of the game is to throw it over the net without your opponent catching the ball.
If they do this successfully, they score a point.
