Fun activities for field Day-

On the last day of school, Atticus taught a marine biology lesson. He did a great job presenting information and drawing diagrams on the whiteboard. He was very enthusiastic and taught me many new things about his favorite underwater species.

Today we will use the resistance bands to execute our techniques-

Begin with punches and other hand strikes,

followed by a front kick and roundhouse kick.

Weapons Practise: Bo Staff, Sword and Nunchaku
