Pat asked me to sub 5th period with Cameron yesterday for today. We even spoke about it earlier today. It looked like Cameron may have been scheduled for Spanish class (?) 5th period. Cameron left school at lunch. I have reached out to him via Teams calls & texts for a remote class, but received no response between 12:30 - 1:15. I texted Pat to let him know this class was not happening.

In today's class, Cameron worked on a pre-lab activity that covers everything we are going to do in our lab after the Thanksgiving holidays. The activity includes questions about fermentation and prompts Cameron to think critically when it comes to the topic at hand.

More Than Something Else by Rainy Dawn Ortiz lesson plan. Who were/are the indigenous people who once inhabited the land we live on? What happened to them? Where are they now? Today we took a deep dive into local Palm Beach County to assess students’ knowledge of local traditional lands and explore them, using NativeLand.ca as a teaching tool. This exercise will have Cameron learn more about where he comes from and what his geography means to both him and the Indigenous people that live on their land.

The Customer Life Cycle
Lesson Outline
We reviewed last week's assignment and discussed the fact that providing a good value with good customer service is not enough in today's society where consumers are bombarded with advertisements and have the ability to leave reviews instantly that may harm a business. New topics included Customer Loyalty and ways to increase Customer Retention. Cameron made logical conclusions regarding the Pre and Post Purchase Experiences.
