Libby and I practiced the following yoga poses: mouse, cow, cat, shoulder stand, leap frog, tiger, shark, alligator, jellyfish and others. We remembered to breathe deeply in and out through each pose.
Teddy did so well in his yoga class today! We did the following poses: cow, mouse, camel, frog, lion, bunny, circle, monkey, caterpillar and plow. Plow was his favorite!
Ben and I discussed lesson 2 "What Affects Your Health?" We discussed the following influences on health: heredity, environment, peers, culture, media and technology. He took notes.
