We continued working on the chord progression to Enter Sandman. We began applying the palm muting technique to try to get a very percussive sound when playing power chords on the electric guitar.

We reviewed the E, B7, A, D, Cadd9, and G chords. We began working on memorizing the single notes on the first 4 frets of all 6 strings. We continued working on playing the Willie Nelson song Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain.

We began learning some basic power chords and worked on applying them in a G-C-D chord progression.

I posted a guitar note chart on Teams and instructed Carson to begin memorizing the notes for frets 1-4 on all 6 strings. I included an online link to the chart and more information regarding the note patterns on the guitar neck.
