Teddy had a lot of fun with this recipe, and did a great job measuring ingredients and carefully following each step. This cake was his invention and he was very excited to see how it turned out. When making the frosting, he had the great idea of adding a bit of fresh lemon juice to it and it turned out delicious! He also did a great job decorating, opting for a more abstract arrangement of raspberries on top.
Teddy completed his interactive calendar and helped take down all his calendar activities from the bulletin board. He helped to organize his science projects to take home.
Today, Libby and Teddy played basketball and badminton.
We worked on our ball-handling skills in basketball and we worked on different hits in badminton.
Teddy completed a matching, writing and labeling activity on community helpers. He learned about firefighters, police officers, pilots, zookeepers, and judges.
