Lesson Outline
Penny carefully traced non straight, dotted lines. She did well on a cut and paste, phonics activity in which she categorized pictures according to their initial sound. Penny enjoyed listening to the book, 'Bear Wants More'. She was tasked with drawing pictures depicting what the bear felt, saw and wanted when he came out of the cave. We identified the beginning, middle and end of the story. Additionally, Penny enjoyed playing a counting game that involved helping the bear get back to his cave.
