Watched and discussed two online videos on yoga poses for cold prevention and sinus congestion. Practiced variations of fish pose, bridge, lotus, camel and deep breathing, all beneficial for colds (Ashley was feeling like she was coming down with a cold, so the topic for today was pertinent.) We also learned two versions of the "crocodile" pose.
