Reviewed sound of /Ll/. Worksheets: circling items with initial/Ll/, Determining if an object began with /a/c/d/g/l/o/s/ and writing upper and lowercase letter. Practiced printing Ss and Ll. One-to-one: read sentence strips – Anna is getting pretty good at this. Quinn still needs to sound out each word. Read them the book, ‘Oh, No Santa’. Listening Center: introduced fables – listened to ‘The Lion and the Mouse” and did comprehension worksheet. Discussed what kindness means and how being kind creates friendships. Created observation sheet for Io caterpillar.

JM told Quinn he would never play with him again because he keeps saying his name over and over every day even though JM has nicely asked him not to do it. Quinn was devastated, then angry. Spent a lot of the afternoon discussing it.

Anna and Quinn were out today - cleaned out refrigerator, took down Thanksgiving decor - began Christmas decor - went out to get new lights for the trees.
