Quinn- Wilson- Practiced reading welded sounds. We played the welled sound match game. Quinn identified the welded sounds in sentences.

Anna was very happy to get her ukelele tuned and to learn some chords on it. We spent time having both Anna and Quinn playing chords and songs together. We had a great time.
Students will relate addition to subtraction by using one operation to check the other. The inverse relationship between addition and subtraction can be used to check subtraction. Complete two worksheets.

Wilson - Worked on memorizing welded sounds. We used the welding matching game to play a game.
We started our Feburary theme of "heart": poses, aerobic excercise (handout for folder). New poses: grasshopper, dolphin movement. We practiced bow pose, alligator, candlestick, and turtle. A few minutes of free play and ended class with relaxation. Today, Quinn was having a hard time being still during relaxation, so I helped him calm on the large exercise ball.
