In an effort to get Trevor caught up, I am giving him time in class to complete assignments. Hopefully, once he feels caught up, he will begin to complete assignments on time again. We are far enough along in Precalc that I feel comfortable taking some time to play catch up.

Trevors questions were as usual, though provoking. He has done some extensive reading on transmission and seems interested in how the DNA is altered by the virus. We are going to research some new information on use of drugs to treat neuronal disorders after this section. This was his request.

We had a good back and forth discussion regarding viral infections, how they spread and the effects on the body. Also discussed rhe various stages in viral reproduction and he effects of chronic infection on the population. This will lead us into specific viral treatmens, with a concentration on HIV and how the drugs affect the reproductive cycle of the virion
