Together at Batt for 120 min. 120 min. at home -- Gio asked me to complete the rest without him since he hasn't started studying for final exams this week.
60 minutes with Gio He then had to go ice skating. 60 minutes without Gio to finish the paper. Will revisit tomorrow afternoon for converting the paper into a PowerPoint.
We have begun a new unit this week. Will read about Henry David Thoreau and the Transcendentalists. We shall read excerpts from Walden this week and consider his intention to live simply and whether it has relevance for Will today. No homework. We shall work our way through the excerpts in class.
Eecho completed several assignments for FLVS. He identified the types of language, tone, mood, and meaning of several fragments from Martin Luther King's "Letter from a Birmingham Jail."
Bobby edited a paragraph. He corrected capitalization, punctuation, and verb usage errors. He combined sentences and created complex sentences with conjunctions (coordinating and subordinating). He read a chapter in "A Long Walk to Water." Bobby should select a book to read, and he should practice reading 10-30 minutes a day.
We began with a Grammar Pronouns discussion and started two exercises #14 and #15.
He has to finish them for homework.
We began reading his story in the Literature book.

I noticed that Craig was considerably MORE "uncomfortable" in his skin at this hour or maybe because of the subject? He normally doesn't do or move as much while he is in Spanish.
His muscular quirks were double what I have ever seen.
He DOES NOT immediately move or DO what you ask him without a great pause almost as if he doesn't understand or that he can't do it until his brain tells him to....... there is an awkward pause and I said, "Did you understand what I need for you to do?" "do you have a question?" Its almost as if he can't physically pick up his pencil and start..... so I have to coax him to...... not in a bad behavioral way rather just a connection from brain to hands way.... I was very surprised at the difference the time and subject change revealed to me his ways.
