Dutch was cooperative and worked on the Excel spreadsheet with me to begin modeling costs for expansion of his business. He is often distracted and asks for bathroom breaks. Overall, remote work on computer skills is difficult when there is such a lag on updating spreadsheets through Teams.
Today we discussed the next steps in the business plan and the vision of growing from one charter boat to a small fleet. We started discussing financing needs and hiring needs. Next session we will calculate net profits on additional boats and start up costs.

Kellan started to talk to me about bad feelings he has about his mom and his experience with being bullied in the past. He is smart enough to understand the basics of bullying, but sometimes is not mature enough to handle it emotionally. We spent some time talking about it and I think he felt much better.
Today Richard learned to send messages to his teachers using Teams. He sent two messages and typed the words himself using punctuation and symbols.
