I asked him questions about the homework throughout his process.

Cabo was guided through a review of the PERT Math information that has been presented to him so far. He then worked on and completed his Chemistry homework.

Today, Cabo worked on the memorize the commonly occurring roots that are listed in the P.E.R.T. Study Guide. He made notecards and studied them.

We then went over the book’s lesson on Study Strategies, Number Types, Positive and Negative Signs.

Morgan's teacher allowed us to pick our own activity today.

We studied for her English vocabulary quiz.

She then took the quiz. At the end of the quiz, as per our Standard Operating Procedures she took a short break, and then re-engaged.

This happened to be a great idea this time as she had forgotten to answer one part of a two-part question.

Hank told me about his spring break. He was upset about how his hockey tournament had ended.

He was hesitant to write. He drew me a diagram of hockey players positions and responsibilities.

We checked on the lizard.

We went outside. He agreed to write a Thank You note in exchange for getting to run some football routes.

Hank then wrote a Thank You note to Judie and delivered it by "air mail."

He was excited for Judie to read his note.

I presented to Cabo concerning group project discussion buy in from interested parties.

Cabo thumbed through the PERT preparation book.

I shared with him my breakdown of the book. We listed the 14 key Math topics discussed in the study guide. Cabo provided feedback on his level of comfort with the topics.

I presented a perspective plan to Cabo for moving forward at an aggresive pace in an attempt to take the Test in 4 to 6 weeks (early May).

He stated taht it may be difficult but that he would like to try it.

Cabo and I discussed his continuing desire to dual enroll in college next year.

I introduced him to the idea of taking the PERT, speaking with a collge counselor, and researching the application process.

We discussed what attributes may be required to be successful with Dual Enrollment.

We used the Lincoln logs to begin building a house. Santino built the majority of the house and cleaned up when class was over.

Cabo and I reviewed the homework that he needs to finish.

Cabo and I discussed some of the topics that have been taught in Spanish class.

I presented two articles to Cabo. They both discuss the Million Dollar Homepage.

We started a conversation about the articles that will be finished on another day.

We also started a conversation about next year’s class options. I introduced the idea of taking the PERT to Cabo as a preparatory step and decision making aid in the process of possibly dual enrolling.

He was receptive to the idea. We will delve deeper into this subject after the break.
