After listening to a story, Penny confidently put pictures of the story in the correct order. Penny enjoyed practicing letter and number recognition on the computer.
Penny was introduced to the letter “F” – I read a book titled, “My f Book” by Jane Belk Moncure. After that she completed many activities identifying the letter and its sound.

Math- Numbers 0-20 – We sorted and ordered number cards after which we played “Go Fish” for number identification.
Letter Recognition – Letter - ”Ff” – I traced her feet and she traced my foot while we cut them out we remembered some of our words from yesterday that started with “F”. Tomorrow we will paste them on paper and write foot and feet on the papers.
Penny enjoyed listening to the book, 'My Nest Is Best'. She often guessed what would happen next and offered her thoughts on what was happening in the text. She did well answering questions related to the problem, solution, sequencing and feelings of the characters. Penny made a nest out of a paper plate and construction paper.
