Today, Aiden started by running 5 laps around the perimeter of the field.
We then proceeded to doing a sit-up ladder.
Aiden started by doing 50 sit-ups, then 45, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10 and finally 5.
That is a total of 275 in one class period. (AMAZING!!!)
Aiden has truly been a pleasure to have this year.
Today, Nico played different games with basketball.
We started by playing a game called "30 swish". This is game where each player shoots 10 free throws. The object is to swish each shot.
The next game we played was 1 and 1 free throws. Each player shoots a free throw, if they miss they do not get a second shot, however, if they make it they get a second. The game is played until someone misses and the other person makes their shot.
Both of these games are great for improving a person's free throws.

PJ started by doing several walks on the perimeter of the field.
He came back to the pavilion and we worked out with the dumbbells.
We ended up doing several sets, and we finished with another walk on the perimeter of the field.
Aiden did a push-up work out.
We did what they call a ladder work out where you start with 10 then 9 then 8 then 7 then 6 then 5 then 4 then 3 then 2 and finally 1. Then we go in reverse order 1, 2, 3. 4. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and finally 10 (This is a KILLER work out)
We finished with a couple of sets of abdominals.
Today, David and i played badminton the entire period.
We played several games together.
We made up the rules as we went along.
We actually played 3 games together.
Today, Chris did a variety of fitness activities.
We started with 2 sets of 20 push-ups.
We then did a series of abdominal exercises.
We finished with a cool down stretch.

We finished with some ping pong.
