I substituted for him in his Spanish class.
I then had him for his regular PE class.
Since we had a double period, we were able to play a variety of different games.
Today, PJ and I did a full-body workout with dumbbells.
We started with some presses and then we moved on to some bicep curls.
We then did some upright rows and finished with some tricep push-downs.

We started with a timed 5-lap perimeter run on the field.
We came back a did 2 sets of 30 push-ups and 1 set of 40 push-ups. We then did the same for sit-ups
We finished with a 2-minute plank.
