Liam reviewed his vocabulary words and their definitions. He then read the story,"Earth." After he finished reading, we discussed the solar system, the sun, and the planets. He drew a very precise drawing of the sun and the planets that revolved around it. He labeled all the planets and the sun. He took notes as he read the story, and wrote the important facts into his interactive notebook. He completed several activities using 2 and 3 letter blends. He created a calendar for February.
