Kellan and I practiced yoga and ping pong today. We practiced the sun salutation exercise and focused on our breathing rhythm and slow speed. We did a short meditation afterward.
Kellan learned some introductory yoga poses: the sun salutation - child's pose, cow and cat pose, mountain pose, prayer pose, ragdoll, plank, upward dog, and downward dog. He learned the square breathing technique. We played a little badminton.
