Teddy and I practiced the following yoga poses: deep breathing, side stretch, butterflies, downward dog, head rolls, shoulder rolls, sitting toe touch, ankle rolls, and feet flex.
Ben began the lesson Understanding Stress. We discussed the following key terms: perception distress, stressor, and psychosomatic response. We read and discussed what stress is, reacting to stress, causes of stress, your body's response to stress, stress and your health and the alarm response.
