Review of Basic Karate Techniques: Straight Punch, Front Kick, and Upper Block-
We played on the drum set, the piano, and the guitar. We played and sang several songs, and talked about high pitches, low pitches, harmony, and played some basic melodies and rhythms on all of the instruments.
Warm up with jumping jacks, sit-ups, and basic stretches. Review how to do a front kick, and practice balance drills for better kicking. How to roll drills: Side Breakfall drills, Ladder drills- Basic Punches and upper blocks for self-defense-
