Today we will explore 6 to 10 yoga postures in a flow that challenge the strength balance, and concentration/focus of our preschoolers.
These postures will be: plank child’s pose downward, facing dog, up dog, airplane dances, pose, and boat pose.
Our Martial Arts technique will consist of round house kick and upper block also practice punches.
Run: to include racing to the fence and back

Sing along to include itsy bitsy spider in various versions-
We will begin our class with the hula hoop for fun exercises and activities.
Stretches to include splits point to toes-
Paper focused roundhouse kicks to be drilled by everyone-
Jogging to different parts of the playground as a fun exercise-
Obstacle course to include cones and different drills using the cones-
Sit ups will focus on backward roll.
