PJ started by running 3 laps on the pavilion of the field.
We came back to the pavilion and did an upper body workout with dumbbells.

Aiden started with a jog on the perimeter of the field,
Next, we came back to the pavilion and did a full-body dumbbell workout.
We finished some sprints, and a full body stretch and cool d0wn.
Nico continues to work on his basketball fundamentals.
Today, we worked on his jump shots and dribbling.
At the end of the period we put it all together.

We also did a wall sit to improve his quad and hamstring strength.
We did each exercise for 3 sets and for 15 repetitions.
Today, Aiden did some extreme fitness activities.
We started by doing 6 laps on the perimeter of the field. (He beat his best time by 4 seconds)
I then gave him 2 fitness challenges, which he did 3 times. (Again, he beat his best time each time he did the event)
Lucas played a spirited game of basketball against a peer, demonstrating excellent physical agility and strategy during play. He got several 3-pointers, jump shot, slam dunks, and ally oop shot when an additional player joined in.
