Ben and I went outside today and did a walk/jog on the perimeter of the field.
We ended up doing 4 laps total.
Ben then came back to the pavilion and did some punching and kicking on the heavy bag.
We finished with a stretch and cool down.
Today, Ben started by walking and jogging a mile and a half on the perimeter of the field.
We then came back to the pavilion and got some water.
Next, we did some upper and lower body exercises.
We finished with a cool down stretch.
