Ben and I spent the period talking about his future plans and endeavors.
He then introduced me to a new game.

Today, Ben and I went outside and did a complete body work-out.
Ben was able to walk and jog 15 laps on the perimeter of the field.
I am very happy how Ben is able to do this.
