Today we will set up several obstacles for Ben to work through.

Cones will be used to practice dodging and evasion.

Rope Drill to practice moving the head, punches added as the round progresses.

We had some open discussions about who his role models were.

David and I worked in the Health Book discussing HIV and AIDS.
We talked about how people can get the disease and some myths about the disease.
We were able to discuss the entire chapter and we also discussed the questions at the end of the chapter.

Hand-Eye coordination
Lesson Outline
Today, David and I did a variety of different activities that involved hand-eye coordination.
We started with a jog on the perimeter of the field.
We came back to the pavilion and did some muscular fitness exercises including: push-ups and sit-ups.
We finished by playing ping-pong together that challenged our hand-eye coordination.

We read and discussed the chapter on Fitness.
At the end of the chapter we discussed the questions.
We then went outside and did a series of full-body exercises.
We did 3 sets of pushups, 3 sets of situps and finally 3 sets of the plank.
