David and I did some fitness games inside because of the rainy weather outside.
We did some different cardio exercises followed by some abdominal exercises.
We finished with a cool down and a complete body stretch.
Today, David and I spent the period talking about different fitness activities that will make you stronger and faster.
We also talked about some of the different fitness activities that we will be doing this semester.
David and I continue to work on our ping pong sklls.
Today, we broke our record by hitting the ball back and forth for 2 minutes and 7 seconds without stopping.
Today, for the first part of the period we continued to talk about the origins of different sports. Today, we talked about the origins of distance running.
The second part of the period we went outside and played ping-pong.
We worked on our cut serves and slicing the ball.
David and I read the chapter about drugs in the Health Book.
We discussed the terms that were in the book.
We had some good conversation about what we were reading.
David and I played ping pong today honing our serve.
We worked on different trick shots including cutting the ball.
We are both working to improve our skills.
